What August says

The latest window was the strongest of the whole engagement for search views, 415 against the previous window, up 61%. Calls ran at 154 across the first 25 days of August, in line with the strong recent run that peaked at 196 in July.

The engine underneath that is the map. "WOF Saturday" holds a top-three position across 68% of the Queenstown grid, up from nothing at kickoff, and your average position on it improved from 15.5 to 3.2. On a Maps-led business like yours, that is what turns into the phone ringing.

These counts are a floor. Google under-reports profile interactions, and any customer who saves your number and calls direct never shows up here at all. Google Business Profile

The location-suffixed terms are the standing gap, and the cause is on the website rather than the profile: there are no individual service pages for Google to rank. That is the first thing to fix.
